Bank of Communications online banking security control is not installed correctly, or the browser does not support it.

1. When adding or deleting programs, check whether there is SAFEINPUT3.0 software (Bank of Communications Online Banking Safe Input Software), and if not, reinstall it.

2. Tools-Manage Add-ins, SAFEINPUT class. ; The submission class needs to be enabled.
