Introduction:
Royal holloway College was founded in 1886 and became a branch of University of London in 190 1. The College is one of the multidisciplinary colleges affiliated to the University of London and one of the five colleges selected by the University of London to specialize in science teaching and research. At present, there are more than 5,000 undergraduate and graduate students studying in this college, about 20% of whom are international students from more than 70 countries around the world.
The Royal holloway College of the University of London has 19 departments, and its undergraduate majors are: biochemistry, biology, classicism, computer science, drama, film drama and media art, economics, English, French, geography, geology, German, history, Italian, management, mathematics, music, physics, psychology, social policy and social science. The college has also opened many joint courses and professional research centers. Most majors offer various postgraduate courses and master's research courses. Foreign students can study undergraduate basic courses and graduate transitional certificate courses.
School environment:
Egham is located about 20 miles west of London, near Windsor and Heathrow airports, and covers an area of 120 acres. It is one of the eight universities in London and one of the five universities in London that develop science and technology teaching and research, but its liberal arts tendency has always been obvious. International students studying here come from 80 countries; Sports activities are also going well, and there is a great gym.

The study, entertainment and accommodation facilities of Royal holloway College are all built on one campus.
Learning facilities, including the computer center, are open 24 hours a day, and many information technology courses offered by the center have won awards. The library opened by 1994 has more than 500,000 books and can accommodate up to 630 readers. In the past ten years, the college has implemented a new construction planning scheme, so most departments now have very advanced facilities.

A student union building, which concentrates all kinds of recreational facilities in the school, has been expanded recently. The Student Union has also helped to establish more than 30 clubs and associations. There are large stadiums, all-weather tennis courts, squash courts and gyms. Accommodation and welfare conditions:
During the normal study hours of degree courses, all foreign students can live in the dormitory of the college. Campus dormitories have different architectural styles, ranging from Victorian square buildings to modern dormitories with suite facilities. There are also some dormitories on campus that cook for themselves. Students who wish to live in the local community can also contact the College Accommodation Service Department.
Dormitory administrators, full-time consultants, consulting services, multi-religious priests and student union welfare offices provide welfare services to students with the assistance of the student affairs director. The medical center on campus is open 24 hours a day. The International Students' Association organizes various lively and interesting social activities.
At the beginning of the academic year, the college will organize entrance education activities and provide welcome service at Heathrow Airport.
Accommodation: Both freshmen and junior students have accommodation.
