1. Create a white background file with the required size (take A4 size as an example), with the color mode of CMYK and the resolution of150-300 dpi;

2. Open the publicity picture, drag it to the background file, and use ctrl+t to adjust the size and position;

3. Choose different fonts and colors, paste explanatory words such as propaganda slogans, adjust the size and position, and rasterize the words;

4. Double-click the text layer to bring up the "Layer Style" and set the required text effects such as "Bevel and Relief" and "Projection";

5. File-Save the picture in JPG format, print and finish.
