The source file is in vector format or psd format, with a file size of 594× 840 mm and a resolution of 300dpi, and the color mode is RGB mode or CMYK mode.

3. Public service videos, including national security publicity and education micro-movies, micro-videos and public service advertisements. We need a small incision, a big perspective, and a vivid camera language to tell a good national security story. The total duration is generally about 2 minutes, and the longest is no more than 5 minutes. The format is mainly MOV, AVI or MP4, the resolution is not lower than 1280*720 or 960*720, and the video size is not more than 300M.
