Combining with our own reality, we should incorporate the construction of teachers' morality into teachers' professional development planning, closely combine the construction of teachers' morality with the promotion of teachers' professional development, realize the integration of the construction of teachers' morality and teachers' professional development, and enhance teachers' ability. ?

First, lead the development of teachers with advanced educational concepts;

In order to enable teachers to master advanced educational and teaching concepts, we have carried out reading month activities among teachers in combination with the activities of building a scholarly campus. In addition to studying policies and regulations, we also recommend required reading materials for teachers, such as Suggestions for Teachers, Dreams of New Education, Tao Xingzhi's Masterpieces of Education, and Information on Top Ten Teachers in China. The teacher writes a learning experience every week.
