Legal analysis: Civil court is the judicial organ of civil law. The people's court established by the basic people's court in China according to the region, population and cases is the agency of the basic people's court. According to the nature of the case, criminal courts, civil courts and economic courts are established. In addition, there are special courts and other courts established according to needs.

Legal basis: Article 6 of the Civil Procedure Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) stipulates that the judicial power of civil cases shall be exercised by the people's courts.
