At the first teachers' meeting last semester, we put forward the slogan "Let the culture of responsibility take root and blossom in Nanyuan", and "Building a culture of responsibility, cultivating feelings of responsibility and building a beautiful Nanyuan" became the conscious pursuit of the vast majority of Nanyuan people. The fall semester of 20 16 achieved remarkable results. The word "change" of Wang Yiming, who is in charge of supervision, contains many affirmations for the work of Nanyuan people. The supervision and evaluation of the public opinion effect of passing the high score and winning the primary Chinese character dictation contest cheered the self-pressure and unremitting pursuit of quality of Nanyuan people. Grasping the first phalanx and starting the Nanyuan brand should be the strongest voice for us Nanyuan people to shape our image and dignity. This is the call of the soul, and this is the drive of responsibility. Let every leaf shine and every flower bloom, which should be integrated into the daily activities of Nanyuan people and become the value pursuit and walking way of our team.

The spring semester of 20 16 will face the year of appraising the teachers' morality and style of the district people's congress, establishing a model school of "management norms of compulsory education schools", promoting the "5+2" project of quality education, creating a new round of regional education modernization, the ninth grade senior high school entrance examination, the eighth grade senior high school entrance examination, the Chinese character dictation contest for junior high school students, and the regular meeting of principals of primary schools and nine-year compulsory schools. Facing the new situation and new requirements, this semester we put forward working keywords with "rules" as the core. Enhance the awareness of rules, build a culture of responsibility, and make discipline and rules the new normal of our work and life.

"If you don't follow the rules, you can't be Fiona Fang", freedom is based on rules, and happiness is based on responsibility. Spiritual wealth is real wealth, and inner strength is real strength. Kant wrote at the end of Critique of Practical Reason: There are two things. The more we often and persistently think about them, the more our hearts are filled with eternal, fresh and growing admiration and awe-the splendid starry sky overhead and the moral law in our hearts. This requires all our colleagues to calm down and stick to the bottom line of communication with others, bearing in mind: what are the rules of the school and the rules of the teachers, and have we consciously observed them? The deviant moment is the beginning of pain. Respecting morality and etiquette and observing rules and regulations should be our code of conduct for Nanyuan people. What about cohesion and execution?

Unfortunately, there are some discordant notes in Nanyuan: those who don't go to work on time, adjust classes at will, don't take time off to go home, don't seriously serve students on duty, don't correct homework in time, punish students at will or in disguise, don't seriously prepare lessons, don't seriously coach students, don't follow students' cognitive rules, don't study and don't change themselves, and so on.

Education is a service, and teachers should obey the rules. Teachers have no trivial matters, and educating people is greater than heaven. As a teacher, we must first respect this profession, so as to maintain the necessary conscience and stick to the bottom line. Patriotism, law-abiding, dedication, caring for students, teaching and educating people, being a model and lifelong learning are the basic norms of teachers' morality, which should be constantly compared and constantly reflected. This year is the year when the National People's Congress evaluates teachers' morality and style. At that time, the District People's Congress will spend three months investigating and evaluating, and implement feedback and rectification. I hope we Nanyuan people can consciously abide by discipline, stay away from paid tutoring, stay away from corporal punishment, stay away from the "six prohibitions" of the Ministry of Education, and don't joke about our dignity and the reputation of the school. The school is a whole, a team, one glory and one loss, remember: breaking the bottom line is the beginning of pain, and you must not take any chances.

To fear the rules, we must first know the rules, establish and improve them. This requires our departments at all levels to seriously organize and study the Compulsory Education Law, the Teachers Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the Law on the Protection of Minors, the Law on the Prevention of Juvenile Delinquency, the Code of Professional Ethics for Primary and Secondary School Teachers, and the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education, provinces and cities in recent years, especially the Interim Measures for Handling Disciplinary Violations of Personnel in Institutions. In order to promote the orderly development of school work, the relevant departments of the school must formulate and improve the necessary assessment system, strengthen standardization and operability, and strive to promote the scientific and efficient operation of school work. At the beginning of the school year, it is imperative for all levels and departments to seriously revise the 20 16 annual performance appraisal distribution plan, highlight post setting, workload and performance appraisal, guide teachers to do more things, do good deeds, obey the division of labor, strengthen management, seek development and build brands.

School work is complicated and brand building has a long way to go. "School development is my responsibility", which is a heartfelt call and a cry of dignity.
