13. All construction personnel shall bear the following responsibilities: major quality accidents; Responsibility for delaying the construction period; Major safety accidents; Responsibility for major public security disasters and accidents.
14. Register and record the construction personnel of this team, and record the "three-level safety education" for the construction personnel. Personnel without safety education are not allowed to enter the construction site.
15, persons without identity documents, persons over 50 years old but under 18 years old, patients with infirmity, heart disease, hypertension, epilepsy, high myopia and other contraindications are not allowed to work on the construction site.
16, when hot work is carried out in fire-prone areas, effective preventive measures should be taken before construction.
17. Educate the employees of this unit to observe the rules and discipline, and not to command or operate illegally. Casualty accidents caused by illegal command, violation of safety discipline and violation of safety operation rules by construction personnel shall be borne by construction personnel.
2 1. If the quality rework is caused by the construction personnel's illegal operation command and violation of process operation, the material cost and rework cost shall be compensated.
22. If the quality of documents such as process operation, construction organization design and instructions issued by managers at all levels in the working layer is reworked due to violation of scientific management or problems existing in the issued documents or management, the person in charge and the responsible person shall compensate the material fee and rework fee according to the post.
23, due to illegal command, dereliction of duty and other safety accidents caused by the responsible person to bear all legal responsibilities and economic penalties.
There is only one copy of this agreement, which shall be kept by us and come into effect from the date of signature. This project is valid until it is completed.
