In today's highly developed information, a seemingly subtle uncivilized behavior may be magnified enough to damage Hainan's image.

Last August, a tour guide in our province paid for the scenic spots at his own expense, called the whole car tourists pigs in person, and told "yellow jokes" in front of the children. Tourists expressed dissatisfaction with him, and the tour guide was tough, thinking that some words were "normal", which caused strong dissatisfaction from more than a dozen mainland tourists. Some tourists said: "Hainan has beautiful scenery, but the bad words and deeds of this tour guide make us want to go home quickly."

There are many such examples, most of which have won the understanding of tourists after vigorous rectification by relevant departments. However, can't the bad effects brought about by this be eliminated in a day or two? How can the human environment in Hainan not be worrying?
