Disrupting Japan's domestic order with this attack tactic is just a drop in the bucket, which in turn has been teased by Japanese newspapers. This was unexpected by Chiang Kai-shek, who only blamed himself for misjudging the situation.

One million anti-war leaflets on the plane were written by Guo Moruo and Japanese anti-war writer Lu. They want to tell the Japanese people through this special form, let them know the truth of the war, and call on Japanese nationals to jointly fight against Japanese warlords; They believe that anti-war propaganda can shake Japan's aggressive ambition, boost domestic anti-Japanese war morale, and alleviate the plight of losing to Nanjing and Japan one after another, but in fact it has little effect. Of course, this long-distance raid also has the strategic intention of warning the Japanese army. It's just two planes, which can't have a significant impact.

"Thus, the national government still fantasizes that the Chinese and Japanese people can establish an anti-war alliance on this issue. They also naively think that Japanese nationals can fight for it, but the reality is cruel. They didn't expect that the Japanese were very belligerent and never stopped the pace of aggression. There is also a radical warning on the leaflet, that is, "China invaded China and felt deeply guilty. Without training, millions of leaflets will turn into thousands of tons of bombs. I will give it up again. "This also reflects that the people of China are never afraid of invading enemies and will fight to the end forever.
