Focus on "introduction", strengthen the talent introduction mechanism, and enrich the source of living water. First, according to the demand of talents in short supply in our county, especially young talents, we will further promote the "Feng Haichao" plan, further establish a long-term statistical monitoring mechanism for outstanding talents with X education abroad, and collect outstanding talents with X education abroad. We formulated and promulgated the Initial Nomination Measures for the Selection and Appointment of Leading Cadres of the Party and Government and the Interim Measures for the Public Recommendation, Nomination and Selection of Leading Cadres at the Township (Division) Level, and actively explored competitive selection and appointment systems such as open nomination, open direct election and open selection to provide institutional guarantee for outstanding talents to stand out. The selection of young cadres should adhere to the principle of having both ability and political integrity, achieve high standards and strict requirements, comprehensively examine the comprehensive quality and actual performance of young cadres, and truly select qualified outstanding young cadres to leadership positions at all levels through careful selection and strict control. In the first half of 20 15, eight young cadres under the age of 35 were selected to join the township leadership team through recommendation, inspection, deliberation and voting by the Standing Committee, which further optimized the structure of the township leadership team in the county.
