Bi Xia Yuan Jun is a mountain god belief (Taoism) centered on North China in Chinese mainland, and is called "Bi Xia Yuan Jun, the fairy of Mount Tai in Dongyue". Goddess in ancient myths and legends of China. Its Dojo is Mount Tai, the five sacred mountains revered by China, located in Tai 'an City, Shandong Province.

Bi Xia and Yuan Jun played an important role in Chinese folk beliefs in the Ming and Qing Dynasties. The name "Bi Xia" appeared in the Tang Dynasty, and its temple should also appear at this time. In Song Dynasty, Bi Xia Yuan Jun Temple was scattered in some areas. After Chenghua in the Ming Dynasty, the number of temples increased dramatically, and palaces spread all over the country. Bi Xia Yuan Jun Temple Fair has a large scale, especially in some areas of North China. Bi Xia's Yuan Jun temples vary in scale, and some are quite large, surpassing the ancestral temple of Mount Tai.
Emperors, princes, eunuchs, officials, monks and Taoists, nobles, civilians and soldiers all participated in the construction of Bi Xia Yuan Jun Temple. Most Yuan Jun temples in Bi Xia have incense sticks. Its temples are presided over by Taoist priests, and a considerable proportion are managed by monks. In some places, Bi Xia Yuan Jun Temple is confused with Dongyue Temple and Tianfei Palace. Some feudal scholars complained about Bi Xia Yuan Jun's folk beliefs.
