1. Start-up of the new pool
Various organic matter can be used as fermentation raw materials for the new pool. Currently, most of them are continuous fermentation biogas pools using manure as raw material. Therefore, the startup can only Use various livestock and poultry manure and human urine. Among them, cow dung is the best, followed by pig, horse and sheep dung. To promote biogas pools with 6-8 cubic meters of pits, the required starting material for each pool is 2000-2500 kilograms of dry manure (without adding water), and about 30% of the total amount of biogas slurry, biogas residue or water stagnant from old biogas pools is added. The sludge and residue at the bottom of old ponds and old manure pits are used as bacteria to shorten the fermentation and gas production time. The method is to open the skylight cover (movable cover) of the marsh pond that has passed the inspection, put manure and bacteria into the pond alternately, and then add water. The total water amount should be about 30 cm higher than the upper edge of the discharge port when the water level in the discharge room (water pressure room) , not too much or too little. After adding water and materials, you can re-close the skylight cover and install the distribution pipe fittings.
2. Fire test
Biogas that have passed the quality inspection can produce gas within 7-10 days in winter and 3-7 days in other seasons after the feed is started. When the pressure reaches more than 30 cm of water column (about 3000 Pascal), you can exhaust the gas and test the fire on the stove. First open the doors and windows, turn on the main switch to eliminate the miscellaneous air, and turn off the main switch when the pressure gauge drops to 3 centimeters of water (about 3,000 Pascals). In about half a day to a day, the air pressure will rise and return to above 30 centimeters of water. Repeat the above operation again. . Generally, after 1-2 times of exhausting the gas, start igniting and testing the fire on the stove. If it does not light up, you can repeat the above operation until it is ignited. Pay attention to each time the gas is exhausted, and the pressure cannot drop to the "0" position to prevent the air from being stubborn and reverse input. configuration system, affecting the success of ignition. If the gas pressure is above 60 cm water column before ignition, open the pre-method switch only 1/3-1/2, and turn down the stove damper to increase the gas concentration. After ignition, gradually increase the gas concentration and adjust the damper until the stove flame is maximum. And it shows blue-green color without red fire.
3. Daily management
After the addition of materials and stirring is started, the normal gas production process is a continuous fermentation and gas production process. Daily management must be adhered to to ensure normal gas use and biogas fermentation. quality. Feed regularly after the gas consumption peak in the afternoon every day. The amount of material added to the 8-cubic tank should not be less than 100 kilograms per day, and the 6-cubic tank should not be less than 80 kilograms. The concentration of the feed liquid is 6%-12%. Depending on the season, the lower the temperature, the lower the feed liquid. The higher the concentration requirement. According to practical experience, if a 6-8 cubic meter pond is used for every 3-5 people in a household, and three 50-kg fat pigs are raised, the feces excreted can meet the raw material requirements. The pig manure only needs to be scraped into the pond every afternoon, and then Rinse the ring surface with an appropriate amount of water until it is clean. As soon as the ring washing water is merged into the pool, the feeding is completed; after feeding, 3-5 loads of biogas liquid will be left from the discharge room (water pressure room) from the feed port (toilet pit). ) into the pool to play a stirring role. Stirring fully mixes fresh materials with biogas slurry microorganisms, which is conducive to full fermentation and improves the utilization rate of raw materials. At the same time, it achieves a more thorough anaerobic fermentation in the biogas pond to promote the conversion of nutrients, kills pathogenic microorganisms and parasite eggs in human and animal feces, and improves biogas fertilization. Quality, conducive to pollution-free production.
Routine inspection of equipment and facilities
(1) Inspection of gas transmission and gas consumption systems: from air ducts to stoves (lights) and fixtures should be checked regularly, especially joints and switches Apply soapy water to the place. If bubbles appear, it means there is looseness or leakage, and it should be repaired in time.
(2) Inspection of biogas tank: Always observe whether the water pressure rises and falls normally. The liquid level drops when the gas is used normally. It is normal for the liquid level to rise after the gas is stopped. If the gas is not used after adding materials, When the liquid level drops sharply or the liquid level does not rise, it indicates a leak or clog. In addition, attention should be paid to whether there are cracks in the pool cover and around the pool, and corresponding measures should be taken to remedy them.
IV. Safety Precautions
1. After starting the biogas digester, it is absolutely forbidden to test the fire at the air pipe mouth. It is only advisable to test the fire on the stove. When the fire fails to burn after repeated tests or the gas transmission system pool leaks, and a strong egg smell occurs indoors, it is strictly forbidden to light an open flame to avoid an explosion accident.
2. Stoves (lights) should be installed in a place that is far away from flammable items and convenient for use.
3. When using gas, the room must be well ventilated. Before going to bed at night or going out for a long time, check whether the gas switch is turned off to prevent poisoning.
4. If a biogas pool that has been fed with materials, regardless of whether it produces gas or not, needs to be repaired, the removable cover should be opened first. If conditions permit, air should be blown from the inlet and outlet to completely discharge harmful gases in the pool and replace it with fresh ones. Air. Before going into the pool, do an animal test first. Hang chickens, ducks, rabbits, cats, etc. into the pool and observe for 20-30 minutes. If the animals move normally and there are no abnormalities, you can go into the pool for maintenance.
