How does ie browser prohibit digital signature?

Step 1: Select "Internet Options" from "Tools" in IE menu.

Step 2: Click the security tab in the pop-up window, select the trusted sites zone, and then click the sites button.

If it is published locally, add http://localhost; If you are publishing on a website, add the website domain name.

Step 3: Select "Custom Level".

Step 4: The "Installation Settings" dialog box appears, and find the "ActiveX controls and plug-ins" section.

Step 5: Drag the scroll bar to find the section "Running ActiveX controls and plug-ins" and select "Enable".
