1. First fill in the name and ID number of the authorized person.

3. Next, fill in the authorization content, such as authorizing the authorized party to claim the company information on the Qichacha platform.

4. Finally fill in the authorization period, the name and ID number of the authorizer, and sign and stamp the official seal.
