Safe operating procedures for gas generators Safety operating procedures for gas generators (1), preparation before ignition A. The cold test of all moving parts is normal. 1. Check whether the inside of each reducer and other parts that should be lubricated are filled with oil. 2. The gray plate rotates normally; the direction of rotation is correct. 3. The fan starts and stops normally; the direction is correct. 4. Automatic coal loading system: the hopper feeds, rises, unloads, and falls normally. 5. Check whether the bolts in all parts are tightened and there is no leakage in the system. 6. Check whether the bell jar stroke and sealing are qualified. 7. Check that each valve switch is flexible and fault-free. B. All instruments display normally. The response is sensitive and accurate. C. The water level of each water seal is normal; the water jacket is filled with water, the water level gauge displays clearly, and the liquid level display is normal when entering and exiting water. D. The steam system cycle is normal. 1. The automatic pressure relief device is normal and not blocked. 2. Make sure the steam pipeline is clear and open the steam relief valve. E. Use slag with a particle size of 30 to 70 mm to spread the furnace until the slag is about 100mm higher than the grate and spread it flat. (2) Ignition 1. Ignition: add firewood, the amount of firewood should ensure ignition of the coal seam. The firewood should be evenly distributed throughout the furnace, ignite the firewood and make it burn vigorously. When igniting, the dispersion valve should be opened, the bell jar should be lowered, and the coal bunker cover should be opened with the top of the loading trolley. 2. After the firewood is burning well, you can add a small amount of coal to burn, start the fan once, and use a small amount of air to support the combustion. If there is a part that is not burning, turn down the air volume or stop the air, and use a probe to move it appropriately to make the whole furnace ignite evenly. , if it still cannot catch fire evenly, it should be re-ignited. Stop the air and observe whether the furnace is evenly ignited. If the ignition condition is good, the ignition process is completed. 3. Gradually add coal and when the coal seam reaches a certain height, gas can be produced normally. 4. After the gas production is normal, switch to the gas supply process. (3) Gas supply 1. Before igniting the heating furnace, you must first open the secondary air valve on the nozzle, purge the heating furnace furnace, and remove any remaining gas in the heating furnace and the flue. 2. Turn down the secondary air valve. 3. Place the ignition rod at the nozzle and slowly open the gas valve to ignite the gas. Be sure to use fire and other gases to avoid excessive accumulation of smoke in the furnace, which may cause an explosion. 4. People cannot face the furnace door when lighting the fire, and it is strictly forbidden to stand on the furnace door and the holes. 5. After the nozzle is ignited, observe the combustion situation, gradually increase the secondary air volume, and adjust the air distribution valve of each nozzle to ensure stable combustion of each nozzle. 6. If the nozzle does not catch fire, it means that the gas quality is poor or the gas quantity is insufficient. The gas valve should be closed immediately, the secondary air should be increased to blow out the residual gas in the furnace, and after a 5-minute pause, the gas supply should be carried out for the second time according to the above steps. ignition. 7. When the furnace temperature of the heating furnace is below 500°C, always pay attention to whether the fire breaks out in the heating furnace. If the fire breaks out, immediately close the gas valve, open the heating furnace door, and then re-ignite according to the program. 8. It is strictly forbidden to lack water in each water sealing part and water jacket at any time. The water in the water jacket should be added frequently and sparingly. 9. During operation, you should always pay attention to the meter reading on the electrical control cabinet. The gas outlet temperature cannot exceed 400°C, and coal should be added in time. 10. If water is found coming out of the upper and lower water seals during work, the primary air volume should be reduced. 11. Keep the height of the material layer at 700~800mm. If the coal layer is too low, it will affect the gas quality and output. In serious cases, it will not ignite. 12. The combustion temperature of the heating furnace is related to the gas volume, primary and secondary air volume, and chimney draft. The size of each valve should be adjusted in time during production. 13. Coal particle size should meet the requirements to avoid affecting gas production. Coal particles that are too large or too small or are prone to slagging will affect gas production, and in severe cases, it will not ignite. 14. It is strictly forbidden to lack oil in each reducer and rotating parts. 15. Stoker workers must undergo professional training and non-staff are strictly prohibited from operating switches and valves. 16. Non-staff members are not allowed to enter the work site. 17. It is strictly prohibited to carry out maintenance when the gas generator is in operation. Flames are strictly prohibited within 2 meters of the gas generator. (4) Furnace shutdown can be divided into the following situations: ① shutdown according to user needs ② shutdown for overhaul ③ sudden power outage and shutdown. The latter is treated as a power outage accident.
A brief description of the shutdown of the hot gas system is as follows: 1. Before shutting down the furnace during normal operation, the height of the coal seam should be checked first, then gradually reduce the primary air volume to reduce the reaction temperature in the furnace, maintain positive pressure at the bottom of the furnace, open the release valve, and seal with water. The connection between the gas generator and the heating furnace is to close the primary air valve, stop the fan, open the steam valve, and finally turn off the main power supply of the electrical control cabinet. 2. Furnace shutdown for maintenance: When the gas furnace is planned to be shut down for maintenance, coal addition can be stopped 1 to 2 hours before the shutdown. When the furnace is shut down, the air volume is gradually reduced, the release valve is opened, and the gas generator and the heating furnace are separated with water seals. To make contact, open the heating furnace door or withdraw the trolley from the furnace, and then turn off the fan. Do not operate the furnace within 8 hours after stopping the furnace to prevent air from entering the furnace and causing an explosion. 3. Sudden power outage and furnace shutdown: When working, if there is a sudden power outage, quickly open the release valve, increase the amount of steam entering the furnace bottom, maintain positive pressure in the gas furnace, and use water seal to isolate the connection between the gas generator and the heating furnace. . At the same time, open the heating furnace door. (5) Continuously working gas generators can save the steps of laying the furnace and lighting the fire with firewood. Warning: Do not ignite when the air in the heating furnace is turbid with smoke and dust. The furnace must be purged with secondary air until the furnace has a clear view and no turbid gas can be supplied before supplying air for ignition.
