Never accept it. Be sure to convince employees to understand the benefits of insurance. Otherwise, even if employees voluntarily sign an agreement not to buy social security, employees will go back on their words, and social security regulations will require enterprises to pay back, because such an agreement is illegal and simply invalid.

Employees refuse to listen to advice and resolutely refuse to do it. You can write a document stating that employees still voluntarily refuse to pay social security despite the company's painstaking persuasion, and both parties sign it for confirmation.
