Athletes can use water, electricity, air conditioning, refrigerators, network signals, etc. For daily use in the room, fruits and food in the refrigerator can be enjoyed free of charge. Athletes' restaurants are generally classified according to the different eating habits and customs of athletes in different countries and at different meal times, and free meals are provided in blocks.

Each project has a quota ceiling, which will be reviewed when issuing certificates. This does not include the media and the delegation's own increase in personnel. Not all the free services enjoyed by delegation members are free. Basic services are free, including food, accommodation and limited services.
