(5) The signatures of the drawer of the cheque and the acceptor of the commercial acceptance bill.

The signatures of the drawer of the check and the acceptor of the commercial acceptance bill shall be kept by the bank.

(6) Invalid signature and seal

1. If the signature of the drawer on the bill does not meet the requirements, the bill is invalid;

2. If the signature of the acceptor or guarantor on the bill of exchange does not conform to the provisions, its signature shall be invalid, but it shall not affect the validity of other signatures that conform to the provisions;

3. If the endorser's signature on the bill of exchange is not in conformity with the provisions, his signature is invalid, but it does not affect the validity of his predecessor's signature in conformity with the provisions.
