Northern Europe is really a region that many metal fans are familiar with. The diversity of music in Nordic countries makes them not inferior in the development of heavy metals, among which black/dead metals are the most admirable.
Bodom's Children of Bodom comes from a new generation of melody death (MD) orchestra in Finland, a Nordic country with thousands of lakes, which originated in a city outside Helsinki, Finland. The story of its name comes from a shocking murder in Finland, which took place in Lake Bodom, a suburb of Helsinki. On June 5, 1960, four teenagers (2 15 years old and 2 18 years old) were killed in a local camping trip. So far, the case has not been solved, and the only one survived.
Wild Things is the first official album released by 1997 C.O.B If you look closely at the clues of the title, you will find that the concept of this album is also inspired by the murder of Borden Lake, and the lyrics repeatedly describe death, darkness and fear. In musicality, Bodom's children are classified as melodic death metal, because their music structure is also decorated with beautiful melodies, and melodious songs are often more acceptable to ordinary people. In this album, a lot of fast double guitar melodies and gorgeous and smooth keyboards cooperate with each other, and sometimes the bass and drums are powerful. Alexi Liaho, the lead singer and guitarist, sang a slightly evil but attractive performance in Death Hole. Bodom's children interpreted the melody death metal with a sense of speed, which was amazing. The members' skills and abilities are first-class. The rich melody of music style and the coat of speed style have also caused a wave of this type of music in Finland. This is not only an album that MD fans can't miss, but also an essential work for ordinary fans to enter the MD world.

Band member Alexi laiho is a core member of COB. Very popular in Europe.
Alexi Laiho: Alexi was born in Acebo, Finland in April of 1979. He had studied violin for five years before he started playing guitar. In fact, Alexis started playing guitar under the influence of Steve van. 1 1 years old, he listened to the live videos of the albums "Passion and War" and "For God's Love", so he came up with the idea of playing the guitar. His first guitar was the Donghai electric guitar left by his father.
This Jackson RR is a world-famous piano, and Alexis put his nickname "Wild Child" on it.
By 2003, Children Of Bodom had made all preparations for the upcoming European tour and Finland tour. Alexis is in urgent need of a new guitar for the tour. Jackson was sold to Finder, so they told Alexis that it would take a year to finish his new guitar. But ESP says it can complete a new guitar in 3-4 months, which means Alexi can get his new guitar before touring Europe. It is for this reason that Alexis and other members of Children Of Bodom re-signed ESP.
Band member: Jane Warman (bodom's child is currently a keyboard player)
Jenny Warman: The keyboard player Jenny Warman is the chief metal keyboard player in Finland. She is called an evil piano player. Beneath her handsome appearance, she also plays the piano well. Black and white keys used her dexterous hands to transform, and her profound classical attainments were skillfully integrated into metal music, which can be said to be wonderful and beautiful. In 2000, the first solo album "Unknown Soldier" was well received. In 2002, he released his second solo album "Transcendence", both of which were highly praised by the rock circle. Janne Warman is a wonderful flower in today's heavy metal music scene. He was voted as the best keyboard player in Finland, and he definitely deserves it.
