Equipment Supervision: Talking about How to Write a Good Supervision Log (Ⅱ)
III. Requirements for writing supervision diary

1. The writing of supervision diary should conform to the requirements of laws, regulations and norms, truly, comprehensively and fully reflect the degree of contract performance of all parties involved in the project, fairly record the daily engineering situation and accurately reflect the daily work situation and effectiveness of supervision. It is forbidden to cheat, not to modify the diary for a certain purpose, and not to arbitrarily alter or scratch it.

2. All supervisors shall fill in the supervision diary on time every day, try to avoid making up the diary afterwards, and submit it to the professional supervision engineer (or resident supervision engineer) for review in time, and the recorder of the diary shall sign it.

3, supervision diary is not allowed to record the content that has nothing to do with supervision work.

4. When recording the problem, the description of the problem should be clear, and the treatment measures and results should be tracked and recorded completely, without beginning or end.

5. The diary of the supervisor should be written neatly and clearly, with standardized language, concise language expression and rigorous wording. The records should be made in professional terms as far as possible, without too many embellishments, not to mention exaggerations. Where figures are involved, accurate figures should be recorded, and words such as "about 15m2" should not be used. The diary of engineering supervision fully shows the activities of the recorder in the process of engineering construction supervision and their related influences. Improper handling of words, typos, alterations, illogical statements, improper words and nonstandard words will have adverse consequences. Words with vague concepts should not appear in the supervision diary, for example, words with vague concepts such as "estimate", "possibility" and "basically" in the supervision diary will make people doubt the authenticity and reliability of the supervision diary, thus losing the role that the supervision diary should play.

4. Specific content requirements:

4.1 Date and climate conditions: accurately record the weather conditions of the day, especially the abnormal climate. For example, if the weather forecast is sunny on the day, in fact, there are some abnormal situations such as heavy rain at a certain moment of the day, which should be recorded in the supervision diary, and the occurrence time and duration should be recorded.

4.2 project site: accurately record the contractor's construction work site on that day.

4.3 contractor dynamics: record the entry and exit of the contractor's personnel, machinery and materials, the contents of the construction work of the day, whether the construction process meets the requirements, whether the construction process is normal and whether the construction arrangement meets the planned requirements.

4.4 quality inspection and test situation: whether the contents, test situation and results inspected by the supervisor on that day meet the requirements, and the treatment measures and results that do not meet the requirements.

4.5 questions raised by the contractor, responses and instructions to questions raised by the contractor: contents of questions raised by the contractor, responses from the supervisor, or requests for instructions.

4.6 superior notice or instruction: record the time and content of receiving the notice or instruction, the implementation of the notice or instruction and the feedback for the first time. If the treatment is not completed, it should be tracked in future records.

4.7 problems in the construction process: record the problems found by the supervisor in the construction process, the solutions and the records of the rectification process. The supervision diary can not only record the existing problems, but also how to solve them. Finding problems is the expression of supervisors' experience and observation, and solving problems is the embodiment of supervisors' ability and level. In supervision work, it is not just finding problems, but more importantly, how to solve problems scientifically and reasonably. Therefore, the supervision diary should remember the problems found well and record the methods and processes of solving problems.

4.8 re-examination of the problems raised in the past: record the follow-up and inspection of the problems raised in the past, and the handling results of the problems, so as to avoid the problems being left unresolved.

4.9 on-site record of key and critical parts: The on-site parts are all key processes with difficult construction, high technical requirements, difficult inspection and problems that are difficult to handle, so it is very important for every supervisor to record the on-site situation truly and accurately. The main contents of the station record: accurately record the construction site and construction technology; If the weather changes suddenly during the construction process, it should also be recorded truly; Truly record the technical management personnel of the construction unit and the contractor related to the construction of the side station, and the operation of the contractor's quality assurance system, such as whether the contractor's quality assurance system management personnel are in place, and whether the key parts or key processes are inspected as required in advance; Accurately record the completed quantities; Construction process, test and inspection, equipment and materials usage; Check whether the machinery and equipment are consistent with the approval, and record the operation parameters of machinery and equipment, such as the pressure and duration of pipeline grouting; Record the use of materials, including manufacturers, models, use quantity, etc.; Whether there is any abnormality in the construction process, such as unexpected shutdown, the reasons for shutdown and what the contractor has done and handled shall be clearly written; Supervision work, including instructions issued by supervisors, questions raised by contractors and supervisors' replies, instructions from all parties, etc.

4.1 safe and civilized construction management: record the problems found during the supervision patrol and inspection, the relevant instructions of the supervision, and the contractor's implementation of the instructions.

4.11 records of attending meetings or negotiations on related projects

4.12 visits. In short, the supervision diary is an important information archive and an important basic record of supervision work. All supervisors should fill it in on time to provide valuable evidence for the project, establish a good image for themselves and the company, improve the social reputation of supervision activities, and it is also a means of self-protection.
